We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your Google account information (name, email address, profile picture) when you sign in. We also collect content you submit — job descriptions, resume text, and pipeline configuration — to generate proposal packages.
We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, pipeline execution logs, and credit transaction history.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform: Google Firebase (authentication & database), Google Cloud Run (AI pipeline execution), Stripe (payment processing), and Google BigQuery (usage analytics). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Pipeline workspace files are retained for 7 days then automatically deleted. Your account data (session history, generated artifacts, credit balance) is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
We use Firebase Authentication session cookies to keep you signed in. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out of analytics tracking via your browser's privacy settings.
You may access, update, or delete your account data at any time via the account settings in the app. To request full account deletion or a data export, email us at info@proposalforge.dev.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
