By accessing or using ProposalForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ProposalForge is an AI-powered platform that generates freelance proposal packages (resume, cover letter, and live demo) from job descriptions. The Service operates on a credit-based model — each pipeline execution consumes credits from your account.
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of verified service failure. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit (job descriptions, resume data). You own the AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs. ProposalForge retains ownership of the platform, models, and underlying technology.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated outputs before submitting them to clients.
ProposalForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
